Virtual reality walking game could soothe nerve pain in spinal injury patients

Summary
This study tests whether playing a virtual reality walking game can reduce nerve pain in adults with incomplete spinal cord injury. About 48 participants with daily pain of at least 4 out of 10 for 3 months or more will try the VR therapy. Researchers will measure changes in pain intensity and quality to see if this approach offers relief.
