Can a video chat calm cancer fears better than a phone call?
NCT ID NCT07255196
Summary
This study aims to find out if using video calls is better than phone calls for educating breast cancer patients before they start radiation therapy. Researchers want to see if seeing their care team on video helps reduce patients' fears and concerns about the treatment more effectively. They will enroll 130 patients and compare their anxiety levels and satisfaction after receiving education through one of the two methods.
