NCT ID NCT05998148
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether follow-up visits by phone are as good as in-person visits for people recovering from sports medicine surgery. About 90 adults were randomly assigned to either virtual phone visits or in-person check-ups at 6 weeks, 12 weeks, and 6 months after surgery. The goal was to see if patient-reported outcomes, like physical and mental well-being, differed between the two groups.
