Summary

This study compares using a virtual agent (like a smart assistant) versus a real person over the phone to teach lung cancer patients how to use home monitoring devices. These devices measure weight, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen levels. About 36 adults with solid tumors will be randomly assigned to one of the two teaching methods and will fill out surveys about their experience. The goal is to see which method is easier and more helpful for patients.
