Summary
This study tested whether showing patients a virtual tour of the operating room before their orthopedic surgery could help reduce their anxiety. Researchers worked with 70 adults who had no prior surgery experience. They measured changes in anxiety and satisfaction levels to see if the virtual preview made a positive difference.
