Virtual brain games tested to slow dementia decline

NCT ID NCT05860127

Summary

This study tested whether an online group therapy program could help slow thinking and memory problems in people with mild to moderate dementia. Researchers compared people who were offered the virtual therapy sessions to those who received standard care. The goal was to see if this accessible, non-drug approach could benefit people living with dementia.
