Virtual stress relief reaches rural cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing whether an online mindfulness program can help reduce stress and anxiety in cancer patients who live in rural Minnesota, where mental health services are harder to access. The program teaches techniques to help manage stress from home. Researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, and mindfulness in about 30 participants.
