NCT ID NCT06919094
Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual 'Life Story Club' can help reduce feelings of loneliness and apathy in older adults living independently. Researchers will enroll 50 participants aged 60+ to attend weekly online group sessions for 12 weeks, where they share personal stories and memories. The main goal is to see if this program is practical and acceptable, while also measuring changes in loneliness, mood, and sense of purpose.
