Summary
This study tested whether a voice-activated virtual assistant could be a practical and acceptable way to deliver proven sleep therapy to young adult cancer survivors. Fifteen participants, aged 18-29 with a history of cancer and chronic sleep problems, used the device. The main goal was to see if survivors found the device easy and helpful to use for improving their sleep habits.
