Summary

This study tests whether virtual Reiki therapy can help reduce pain and improve quality of life for people with lupus. Twenty adults with lupus will receive weekly virtual Reiki sessions for 8 weeks, in addition to their usual care. The goal is to see if this gentle, remote therapy is practical and effective for managing lupus symptoms.
