First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether using an immersive virtual reality headset during physical therapy can improve satisfaction and recovery for patients in the intensive care unit. Ninety adult ICU patients will be randomly assigned to either traditional rehab or rehab with VR. The goal is to see if VR makes the experience more pleasant and helps patients get better faster.
