Summary

This study tests whether immersive virtual reality (VR) nature experiences can reduce depression, anxiety, and stress in 50 adults with alcohol use disorder who are in an intensive outpatient program. Participants will either receive standard care or add VR nature sessions. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and helps improve mood and well-being.
