Summary

This study looked at whether virtual reality can help stroke survivors who have an uneven walk (one leg takes longer steps than the other). 42 adults who had a stroke at least 3 months ago took part. They learned a new walking task in virtual reality, and researchers measured how their step length and timing improved.
