Summary

This study tests whether a 20-minute virtual reality relaxation session can reduce anxiety and improve vital signs in women scheduled for gynecologic cancer surgery. Sixty-six participants will be randomly assigned to either the VR session or standard care. Researchers will measure anxiety levels, blood pressure, heart rate, and patient satisfaction before and after the intervention.
