Summary
This study tests whether using a virtual reality headset showing nature scenes with relaxing music can reduce pain and anxiety during dressing changes for pressure sores. Sixty-two adults with pressure sores will be randomly assigned to either receive VR during dressing or standard care. Researchers will measure pain, anxiety, and patient satisfaction before, during, and after the procedure.
