Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) meditation can help adults with long-term insomnia and chronic pain. About 30 participants will use VR meditation and track their sleep, pain, and mood. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce anxiety and improve sleep without relying on medication.
