Summary
This study tests whether watching a virtual reality simulation of a cardiac catheterization before the procedure can reduce anxiety and improve satisfaction. About 120 adults having their first heart catheterization in Oman will be randomly assigned to either the VR experience or standard education. Researchers will measure anxiety levels and interview some participants to see if VR helps them feel more prepared and less worried.
