Summary

This study tested a virtual reality video game designed to help teenagers who have been exposed to violence learn to control their emotions. 74 youth aged 13-17 from the juvenile justice system took part. The goal was to see if the VR game was a feasible and enjoyable way to improve emotional regulation.
