Summary
This study tested whether wearing virtual reality glasses during wisdom tooth surgery helps reduce anxiety and pain. Fifty adults were randomly assigned to have the procedure with or without VR. Researchers measured heart rate, blood pressure, and anxiety levels before, during, and after surgery. The goal was to see if VR distraction makes the experience more comfortable for patients.
