Summary
This study tests an 8-week virtual reality program that combines mindfulness, thinking exercises, and physical activity for women aged 65+ who live alone and have low income. The goal is to see if it improves memory, attention, and emotional well-being. 80 women are taking part, and the results will compare those who did the VR training with those who did not.
