Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality exercises can help people with brain injuries (from stroke, trauma, or tumor) improve their attention and thinking skills. About 135 adults with recent brain injury and attention problems will use gamified VR exercises. The goal is to see if this approach is more effective than standard cognitive training.
