Summary

This study tested whether playing virtual reality exercise games helps people with mild to moderate Parkinson's disease more than standard physical therapy. One hundred participants did 15-minute exercise sessions 2-3 times a week for three months. Researchers measured balance, walking, and fall risk to see if the VR approach offered extra benefits.
