Summary

This study looks at whether riding a stationary bike while using virtual reality can improve mood and thinking skills. Researchers will compare the effects in men and women, with or without symptoms of depression. Participants must be sedentary adults aged 18-65 with normal vision and no major physical or mental health conditions.
