Virtual reality headsets could ease breathing during workouts

Summary

This study tests whether using a virtual reality headset during exercise can reduce the effort needed to breathe. Ten healthy adults will cycle with and without VR to compare breathing effort, anxiety, and comfort. The goal is to see if VR can be a simple, non-drug way to help people breathe easier.
