Summary

This study tests whether an online parenting program (Incredible Years) helps Filipino parents in California improve their parenting skills and reduce depression and anxiety in their children. About 500 families will take part, with half receiving the program and half getting standard handouts. The goal is to see if the program works and can be used widely in the community.
