Can a virtual workout buddy help older cancer survivors get active?
NCT ID NCT07408128
Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-week virtual exercise program with peer support can help older adults with cancer become more physically active and improve their well-being. Researchers will compare three groups: one gets a peer buddy plus a coach, one gets just a peer buddy, and one receives usual care. The goal is to see if this social support model can increase exercise, reduce feelings of frailty and isolation, and boost quality of life.
