Can home workouts get frail patients stronger for kidney transplant?
NCT ID NCT06089473
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a virtual home-based exercise and education program is practical for frail patients waiting for a kidney transplant. The goal is to see if patients can and will follow the program, and to gather information to plan a larger future study. Participants will either do the 12-week virtual program or receive their usual care.
