Video calls fight frailty in rare heart condition

NCT ID NCT05543733

Summary

This study is testing whether a structured home exercise program, delivered through video calls, can help adults with a rare heart condition called Fontan circulation become less frail and improve their strength and endurance. The program aims to make exercise training more accessible by removing the need to travel to a clinic. Researchers will also check if the exercise helps with potential liver problems linked to the heart condition.
