Summary
This study looks at whether an online educational session can help people with Parkinson's disease who are considering deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery. The goal is to help patients and their families set realistic expectations about the surgery's benefits and risks. Sixty participants will take part in virtual group classes with experts and patient testimonials, and their knowledge, anxiety, and satisfaction will be measured.
