Summary
This study is testing whether virtual follow-up care through an app called Lin Health helps people with fibromyalgia manage their symptoms and improve daily life. Researchers are enrolling 300 patients from Mayo Clinic's fibromyalgia clinic to compare the app-based program to usual care. The main goal is to see if this approach reduces the impact of fibromyalgia on patients' function and symptoms.
