Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called vinpocetine is safe and can help control the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. It will involve 60 people who are already taking standard Parkinson's medication. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms and look at specific markers in the blood to see if the drug is working.
