First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looked at how a drug called vimseltinib changes the way the body handles metformin, a common diabetes medicine. Twenty-two healthy men took both drugs and had their blood levels measured. The goal was to understand drug interactions, not to treat any disease. The study lasted about 25 days and also checked for side effects.
