Summary

This study looked at whether adding the drug vildagliptin to insulin can help control blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes who are on dialysis. 70 adults on dialysis took part. The researchers used continuous glucose monitoring to track blood sugar levels over 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this combination is safe and effective for this hard-to-treat group.
