Can video lessons help stop binge eating?
NCT ID NCT07327203
Summary
This study is testing if a therapy program for binge eating disorder works better when delivered through weekly video lessons instead of traditional book readings. 80 adults with binge eating disorder will be randomly assigned to either watch videos or read text, while both groups also get brief online support sessions with a psychologist. The main goal is to see which approach is more effective at helping people stop binge eating episodes and maintain that change over time.
