Can a video help parents make tough cancer care decisions?

Summary
This study tests whether a special video and a helper (navigator) can improve how parents and doctors talk about treatment goals for children with cancer. About 567 parents of children aged 0-12 with any type of cancer will take part. The goal is to see if this tool leads to better care plans, less hospital use, and more comfort-focused care.
