Summary

This study tests whether a special video and support program (VIDEO-PEDS) helps parents and doctors have better conversations about treatment goals for children with cancer. About 567 parents of children aged 0-12 with any type of cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the tool leads to clearer care plans, less aggressive treatments at the end of life, and more use of palliative care.
