Scientists test methods to see if gaming keeps you up at night
NCT ID NCT07411404
Summary
This study is not testing a treatment. Its main goal is to figure out the best way to run a future, larger study on how playing video games affects sleep in adults. Researchers will test different tools like sleep trackers and questionnaires on 40 regular gamers and non-gamers to see if people will join and stick with the study. The results will help design better research to understand the link between gaming and sleep.
