Summary
This study is testing if interactive video game exercises can improve balance, leg strength, and mobility in older adults, potentially reducing the risk of falls. It will compare 40 participants doing either video game exercises or standard balance training for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure muscle activity and body sway to see which approach works better.
