Summary

This study tested whether adding video game exercises to standard physical therapy could help people with Parkinson's disease improve their arm movement, balance, and daily function. Thirty participants with Parkinson's were split into two groups: one received standard therapy, and the other received standard therapy plus special video games designed to exercise the arms and shoulders. Researchers measured changes in movement, balance, and quality of life after eight weeks of treatment.
