Can watching workout videos boost brain and body in seniors?
NCT ID NCT07418970
Summary
This study tested whether watching exercise videos before doing the same exercises could help older adults more than just exercising alone. 162 people aged 65 and older were split into three groups: one did regular exercises, one watched videos first and then exercised, and one did no structured program. The goal was to see if the video-watching method improved memory, balance, energy levels, and walking ability over an 8-week period.
