Summary
This study tests whether health education videos redesigned using semiotics—the science of signs and symbols—can help stroke survivors improve daily activities, sleep, anxiety, and depression. Two hundred stroke patients will be randomly assigned to watch either these optimized videos or standard ones twice daily for 28 days. Researchers will measure changes in independence, sleep quality, and mood before and after the program.
