Mind over pain: can imagining acupuncture ease chemotherapy side effects?
NCT ID NCT07177820
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a new, non-drug approach can help manage nerve pain and numbness caused by chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if it's practical for breast cancer survivors to follow 16 video-guided sessions where they imagine receiving acupuncture. The main goal is to check if participants can stick with the program and find it helpful, while also measuring changes in their pain and quality of life.
