First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a device that delivers gentle vibrations to the legs can reduce muscle stiffness (spasticity) and help people walk better. About 25 adults with long-term leg spasticity will try the device in the lab and at home. Researchers will measure changes in muscle activity, walking speed, and comfort to find the best way to use the vibrations.
