Inclusion Criteria: * Aged 17 to 25 years * Enrolled as a student in the Faculty of Sport Sciences at Tekirdag Namik Kemal University * Recreational participation in resistance training * Previous sporting experience * Provision of written informed consent * For participants younger than 18 years, provision of additional written consent from a parent Exclusion Criteria: * An orthopedic condition that could interfere with the exercise or testing procedures * A cardiovascular condition that could interfere with the exercise or testing procedures * A neurological condition that could interfere with the exercise or testing procedures
