Summary

This study tests whether vibrating the tendons, combined with robotic arm training, can improve arm and hand function in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. 40 participants will receive the therapy, and researchers will measure changes in movement and sensation. The goal is to find new ways to enhance rehabilitation for chronic stroke survivors.
