Vibration therapy shows promise for stroke recovery

Summary

This study tests whether vibrating the tendons, combined with robotic arm training, can improve arm and hand movement in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. 40 participants will receive the therapy, and researchers will measure changes in motor function and body awareness. The goal is to find new ways to help stroke survivors regain independence.
