Can gentle vibration sharpen memory and prevent falls in seniors?
NCT ID NCT06927882
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, whole-body vibration therapy can help improve memory, balance, and quality of life for older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Participants will stand on a platform that vibrates slightly three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will compare results from the vibration group to groups using a non-vibrating platform or receiving standard care only.
