Can standing on a vibrating platform help students lose fat?
NCT ID NCT06913231
Summary
This study tested whether using a whole-body vibration machine could help overweight university students manage their weight and body composition. Researchers randomly assigned 32 students to either use the vibration platform or not, then measured changes in their body mass index (BMI), waist size, and body fat percentage. The goal was to see if this type of exercise could be a helpful tool for weight control in young adults.
