NCT ID NCT07492745

First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a vibrating watch can remind hospital patients to walk or do simple exercises, helping them stay active during their stay. Many older adults lose strength and independence while in the hospital due to lack of movement. The goal is to see if this low-cost, simple device can improve physical function without needing extra staff.
