Summary

This study is testing if a medication called Vibegron can help improve metabolism, heart health, and physical and mental function in middle-aged and older adults with obesity. Over 12 weeks, 40 participants will take either the drug or a placebo pill. Researchers will measure changes in energy use, blood sugar, body fat, strength, and memory to see if the treatment helps.
