Summary

This study is testing whether a new therapy can help veterans with traumatic brain injuries improve their ability to tell stories and have meaningful conversations. Researchers are working with 34 veterans to see if this telehealth treatment is practical and acceptable to participants. The goal is to help veterans communicate better in daily life, which could improve their work, social connections, and overall quality of life.
